By accessing or using Prinzey, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Prinzey. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes on third-party rights, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
2Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported methods. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
3Design & Print
You are solely responsible for the content of designs you upload. By uploading a design, you confirm you have the right to use all elements within it. We reserve the right to reject designs that violate applicable laws, contain offensive content, or are of insufficient quality for printing. A WhatsApp design proof will be sent before production begins.
4Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are business-day estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier.
5Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for approved designs. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will re-print or refund at our discretion.
6Intellectual Property
All content on Prinzey — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of Prinzey or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prinzey's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
