Refund Policy

Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your design proof carefully before approving.

When We Will Reprint or Refund

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if: (1) your order arrives damaged; (2) there is a printing defect not present in the approved proof; (3) the wrong product or quantity was delivered; (4) the order never arrives. You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

When We Cannot Refund

We cannot offer refunds for: design errors in a proof you approved; colour differences due to screen vs print calibration; orders returned without prior authorisation; or delays by courier partners after dispatch.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Razorpay gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Raise a Complaint

Email complaints@prinzey.in or WhatsApp +91 99999 99999 with your order number and photographs. Our team responds within 24 business hours.
